According to Showmanagement, special are events planned during the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show. The ones below are sure to delight event goers who are bringing their family along to share their passion for boating and all things related to it.
There are free Kid’s Fishing Clinics planned for children 5-16 years old on Saturday, October 29 and Sunday, October 30, 2011 at 12 and 2 PM. The fishing clinics are taught by professionals and will sure to excite the young fishing enthusiast who will learn all the basics of fishing as taught by Captain Don Digman from the children’s television show, Hook the Future.
The Blue Wild Dive and Travel Show is a hands-on workshop for anyone with a passion for the world under water. Speakers will talk about various subjects such as scuba, spear fishing, marine art, underwater photography, safety, conservation – just to name a few.
The IGFA School of Sportsfishing will also host mini-sessions with some of the best professional anglers and captains. Learn their secret tips and tricks while searching for the best equipment.
